Pre-Law Advising

Pre-law advising at Currier includes formal advising by a designated pre-law tutor during the year in which you apply to law school and informal advising for any Currier student or alumnus who is considering applying to law school at some point in the future. For students and alumni who are unsure whether or not to apply, the pre-law tutors are available to help you think through this decision. This is one of the most important aspects of our role, and we are happy to talk with you about more general career planning questions and about whether or not law school is a good fit for your interests and goals. Please feel free to talk with us even if you are unsure whether law school is right for you. If you decide to apply, the role of your pre-law tutor is to help maximize your chances of admission to the law schools you have chosen. Please try to be familiar with your responsibilities in this process and keep your pre-law tutor informed of any changes or developments that may arise, so that we can respond efficiently and effectively. As always, please contact your assigned pre-law tutor if you have questions.
